Rally races are open to all qualified entrants and are the best way to practice for the All American Local.  This will be the last All American Sanctioned Rally in LA County this season.

Location:             12000 Reseda Blvd, Northridge, CA, 1.2 Miles north of 118 Freeway.

Divisions:               Stock                              - Ages 8 (as of the date of the race) to 17

                                 Super Stock                 - Ages 8 (as of the date of the race) to 17

                                 Masters                         - Ages 10 (as of the date of the race) to 17

Weight Limits:       Stock                        - 200 lbs. total, 100 lbs. max tail weight.

                                 Super Stock            - 230 lbs. total, 122.5 lbs. max tail weight.  (15 lbs. tail heavy)

                                 Masters                    - 255 lbs. total, 127.5 lbs. max tail weight. 

Rules:                      All American Soap Box Derby 2003 rules apply.  All protests against other entries must be lodged prior to the start of the race. (Exception: car is altered during the race.)

Inspection:             Cars will be inspected prior to the race.  Check your car ahead of time.  Use the inspection sheet in the 2003 car AASBD assembly instruction booklets.

Wheels:                   Wheels must be retained by standard AASBD wheel clips.  Mark your name and location (i.e. left front) clearly on each wheel.  No added lubrication after the race starts.  You will be swapping wheels with your opponent and will not receive your wheels back until the end of the race.  Please don’t leave with anyone else’s wheels.  If you must leave early please notify the Race Director.

Race Format:         One double elimination race, and one single elimination race, each day.   Lane and wheel swap, timer differential.  We reserve the right to alter the race format based on weather and track conditions on the day of the

 Practice Runs:                                    As needed for first time drivers.
 Racing Starts:                                       10:00 AM

Entry Fee:               $ 30.00 per race, (per child)  $120.00 for all four.  If you pre-register before April 26^th, you get all four races for $100.00.   Race is limited to the first 72 paid racers.
