SPECIAL PRESENTATION

How sweet it was. Home made cupcakes from Linda Magarian and Daryl Gant, were served to everyone.  This was their way of celebrating a successful New Membership Drive.  Pat Anderson, Diane DellaValle and Mark Anthony and Nick Berkuta and Mary Gant were congratulated for inviting the most guests and new member potentials.   Nick and Mary both, brought in two new members.   All new members and all sponsors stood to be recognized.

The New Membership drive is not over.  We now have 87 members. Linda and Daryl gave us a goal of 100 new members in 2001.   Displaying a chart that lists everyone’s name, they outlined the” Real Century Club” theme. . Bring a guest, get a treat there will be prizes from a grab bag and in September 2009, there will be a special prize.  It is hoped that everyone in the club will participate in the 2009 Membership Drive.

Daryl made a special presentation to Carl.  Looking like Little Bo Peep, he presented a” hook on a stick”  meant to reign-in anyone who bloviates too much.
