Darrin Mattix presented an update to the Town Center project,
and an overview of the construction progress on the buildings.
He also reviewed the very costly lease negotiation process that
is well under way. At the present time approx.77.7% of the
property is under lease, and the balance of the property is
expected to be leased by early fall. Sport Chalet and Home
Goods represent 23,000 square feet of the total space. Sport
Chalet has their Grand Opening scheduled for August 20, 2008,
and Home Goods will follow on October 15. Park and building C
are behind schedule due to Southern California Edison relocation
of their distribution facilities. All considered the project is
very close to being finished and ready for occupancy.
No Happy/Sad Bucks today.
